Do not use this Service Center to report maintenance emergencies. If there is an emergency during business hours,
please contact the Management Office. If you are experiencing an after hours maintenance emergency, call 651-403-5395.
Emergency work orders include (but are not limited to) heat issues; plumbing leaks and sewer blockage which can damage
personal belongings or property; no electricity; overflowing toilets.
To make sure that you receive a fast and efficient response from the Facilities team, please send us complete details
(including exact location) of your request. Also note that there is an "attachment" option where you can include pictures and
any other relevant files. The more information we have, the better we can service you. Submitting a work order request
through the Service Center will be considered authorization to enter your apartment unit to view and work on your request.
